Changes to GOJ Public Procurement Legal Framework

In 2025, the Public Procurement Law underwent significant amendments aimed at strengthening the integrity and efficiency of the procurement process. These changes were introduced to reinforce the principles of transparency, value for money, and fairness, which are fundamental to public sector procurement.
